Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we can help.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for full-size, unused products in their original, unopened packaging, along with proof of purchase.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any item that has been opened or used — this applies in particular to our horn comb and acupressure tools, which are personal care items.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at support@wellnesswithgloria.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we'll provide return instructions and the correct return address for your region.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Refund Amount

Approved refunds cover the price of the product only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, as this cost has already been incurred to deliver your order.

If the return is for reasons other than a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (e.g. change of mind), a 10% restocking fee will also be deducted from the refunded product price. Return shipping to us is the customer's responsibility — we recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are not subject to the restocking fee or return shipping cost — see "Damaged or Incorrect Items" below.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@wellnesswithgloria.com within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
